- If we are not ready or have not shipped your item(s), we will not charge you.
- If for any reason you have been charged prior to shipment, please let us know!
2. We will definitely listen to and answer your refund requests.
- We do not ignore or forget any refund requests given to us!
- We promise that we will look through every refund requests so you do not have to take the time to go to or call a bank or credit card company. However, we will have to include a 15% restocking fee for refunds due to a change of heart.
3. We will not keep your order or backorder for more than a month!
- If there are any item(s) that we cannot fulfill within a month, we will cancel the order for you.

Payment MethodsWe accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For security reasons, we may have to contact you for additional information. We also do accept gift cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. However, we do require that your gift card is registered prior to purchasing from us. Please refer to the terms and conditions for your gift card for more information during registration. Internet credit cards, any kind of debit cards, and Google Checkout are also acceptable.
If you are paying by mail, we do accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: Hobby Japan. Checks require at least 12 days to clear, while money orders are treated as cash. Please do not send in international checks. › Goto Top
Return PolicyAll of the products that we sell are new and sealed from the factory. If your item(s) is/are defective due to a mistake made during manufacturing, we will definitely exchange your item(s).
Unopened item(s) can be exchanged for a store credit within 90 days of your purchase date.
Items returned to us due to a change of mind will have a 15% restocking fee.
In order to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, you will need to fill out our online form. Remember to include this number when returning your item(s) to us!
Please note that item(s) returned after 90 days of purchase or without a return authorization number will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping and HandlingPlease allow 2~6 weeks for regular delivery.
For Domestic Customers- the United States, APO (AA, AE, AP), FPO, PR, GU and VI
- 1, We normally ship with Economy Shipping (USPS). However, we will ship in different methods as you request. For example, we will ship with UPS for your order if you want. Please do note that since UPS does not deliver item(s) to those with PO Box, or who are in the military.
- 2, Economy shipping is free for orders over $199. Please note that this does not apply to international orders since shipping is extremely expensive.
- 3, With Express shipping, items that are in stock would be shipped out once we get your order. If the items are out of stock, however, you would have to wait even if you have chosen Express shipping.
- 4, For those who ordered over $100 worth of items, please make sure that someone is at the address to which we are shipping the items to so that your package can be signed. If your package is returned to us, we would have to charge an additional shipping fee to reship your items.
International Customers (Including Canada)
International shipments (including Canada) are sent via USPS, just like domestic shipping. If you want a different shipping method, just notify us and we will take care of that! Please do note that shipping fee depends on the carrier you requested, so if they charge more than USPS, we will have to charge the same amount. (USPS shipments are usually cheaper than other carriers, like UPS, so we actually recommend USPS).
- 1, International orders are held until all items are in-stock. However, if the order has been held for several months, we will first ship the item(s) that is/are available on the order without a partial shipping fee.
- 2, Shipping companies may charge extra for international shipping. We do not include these fees in our shipping price, but it is still your responsibility. We are also not responsible for seized shipments and thus cannot provide refunds for these shipments. So please check all local laws when ordering adult product(s)!
